Privacy note for the launch list
This page covers the email list only. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts.
Who holds the data
The controller is Ludovic Carceles. Questions, corrections and deletion requests go to privacy@lemanager.net.
What is stored, and why
Your email address, the date and time you ticked the consent box, the page you ticked it on, and the IP address that submitted the form. The address is used to email you about LeManager: builds, dates, and the launch. Nothing else. The timestamp and IP exist only to show that consent was given, which is what the GDPR asks a controller to be able to demonstrate.
Where it is stored
In a Postgres database on the same European server that serves this site. The list is not uploaded to a mailing provider, and it is never sold, shared or used for anything other than LeManager.
Getting out
Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works without a reply. You can also ask for your address to be deleted outright, and that removes the row entirely rather than flagging it.
How long it is kept
Until you unsubscribe, or two years after the last email is sent to the list, whichever comes first. Unsubscribed rows are kept only as long as needed to honour the opt-out, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails already sent. If you think the data is being mishandled you can complain to your national data protection authority.
